Khalid Zadran, Taliban police spokesman in Kabul, confirmed the explosion in the capital and said that four people were injured in the explosion.
He told the media that the explosion took place on Kabul Airport Road, near Sheikh Zayed Hospital.
Zadran added that the injured have been transferred to the hospital and investigation into the explosion is ongoing.
He didn’t explain how the explosion occurred.
Hours ago, the residents of Kabul had reported about the explosion.
According to the residents of the capital, a terrible sound was heard at 9:20 am this morning (Saturday, 8 Jedi).
No one or a group has taken responsibility for this explosion.
