The Central Bank of Afghanistan has announced that in order to maintain and stabilize the value of Afghan money, today (Wednesday, 19 Jedi) it will auction 15 million US dollars voluntarily.
The bank has asked eligible banks and exchange companies and monetary services to participate in this petition.
The Central Bank has said that auction winners are required to clear their accounts by the end of the auction day.
“Partial settlement of transactions is not allowed in foreign currency auction bids,” the bank wrote. Voluntary winners are obliged to hand over their money once in cash to Afghanistan Bank / Central Bank of Afghanistan within a specified period of time. »
The Central Bank of Afghanistan has previously auctioned millions of dollars in order to preserve and stabilize the Afghan value.
