Why Afghans are the most tormented people in the world (19, 20. 21 centuries), when will you give us a piece of peace?

I am calling on the International Community and the UN to help Afghanistan’s peace process by bringing Pakistan to the negotiating table to sign a non-interference treaty with Afghanistan based on the reminiscence of the Gladstone treaty signed between Afghanistan and British India.
The paradigm of terror against Afghanistan is the aberration of Gladstone’s policy on Afghanistan that ended hostilities with Afghanistan in the 19th century. State-sponsored Punjabi terrorism in support of the Taliban is the Pak government’s strategy and foreign policy principles towards Afghanistan. Any real policy change by Pakistan will require Pakistan to return to the policy of abandoning Forward Policy as pursued by Gladstone who appointed Lord Rippon as the viceroy of India and his Liberal cabinet decided to abandon the Forward Policy. Taliban are the useful foil of this strategy engaged in a destructive war against its people and country, unfortunately. Unless Pakistan comes to its sense and changes its course of action against Afghanistan fundamentally, which is very unlikely, and follow the Gladstone policy on Afghanistan and stop their reign of terror, the same forward policy pursued by the British since the 1870s, will continue precluding any chances of lasting peace in Afghanistan? Afghanistan needs to confront Pakistan’s hostile strategy with a counter-narrative and rebuff it firmly. The people of Afghanistan need to steadfast Pakistan’s aggression and rise as one against the violence. The best way to fight back would be for the people of Afghanistan to support the pre-eminence of the cry of Afghanistan’s irredenta. Afghanistan needs to declare once again at some point in the near future if the upcoming peace talks with the Taliban fail as the last resort, the Jihad of 1897 waged by the Pashtun tribesmen against British Colonialism in FATA. Ipso-facto will determine the future destiny of Afghanistan and whoever joins us in the fight will prove to be the real, trustworthy friends of Afghanistan and not just the obsequious ones. At this juncture unfortunately the friends of Afghanistan are the friends of our enemy too, which needs to be clearly defined. -This must be seriously taken up with the United States of America as our most reliable friend and partner of Afghanistan. They need to tell Pakistan firmly to adhere to Gladstone’s policy on Afghanistan that stopped the then British colonial interferences in the internal affairs of Afghanistan.?
