د مولوي عبدالسلام ضعيف پاموړ :

طالبان د امريکا لپاره له القاعده سره دښمني نه شي کولی

د مشرف او د طالبانو او امريکا پرېکړې سره په ټکر کې دي

امريکا دا دنده خو پاکستان او پاکستان بيا دا خپل د اوږو بار د طالبانو او امريکا د دوحې په پرېکړه کې پر طالبانو منلې ده

نوټ : که طالبان دومره هوښيار شي زه خو به له ډېرې خوشالۍ پخپلو جامو کې نه ځايېږم. مولوي صاحب ضعيف دې دغه دواړه پرېکړې سره ښه په غور او سړه سينه ولولي او د خواجه محمد آصف او مولانا محمد خان شيراني له هغو خبرو سره دې پرتله کړي چې رسنيو ته يې کړي دي. همدارنګه د ملا محمد فاضل، خليلزاد او د صاحبزاده مشرقيوال خبرې هم سره پرتله کړي چې که طالبان د القاعده دښمني پر غاړه نه شي اخېستای، نو پير اغا له کندهاره زموږ په شينوارو کې څه کول چې يو کال يې دلته تېر کړ او د داعش پر ضد په يوه جبهه کې له حکومت او بهرنيو سره اوږه پر اوږه جنګېده؟

ښاغلی مولوي صاحب ضعيف،

په دې هيله چې تاسې لږ په سړه سينه او ساړه دماغ دغه خبرې په غور ولولئ او د مولانا محمد خان شيراني خبره چې دا د پردی جنګ دی چې ملا وطالب او مذهبي طبقې ته په څټ پورې ورتړلی دی او اوس يې دا ډول د خليلزاد غاړې ته وراچولی دی چې طالبان او حکومت دواړه يې پرې له خوږې ګوتې نيولي او دی د ريبار په شکل کله ښکته پنجاب او کله پورته کابل او دوحې ته منډې وهي.

ولس غواړي چې پوه شي چې خليلزاد ملا عبدالغني برادر له باجوه نه د کومو شرايطو او غوښتنو په رڼا کې راخوشې کړی او طالبان ((ملا برادر)) بايد دا ټکی روښانه کړي چې څنګه راخوشې شوی دی؟

پروېز مشرف د اور پر ليکه :

On September 13, 2001, the U.S. ambassador to Pakistan, Wendy Chamberlain, brough me a set of seven demands. These demands had also been communicated to our foreign office by the U.S. State Department through what is called a non-paper:

1. Stop al Qaeda operatives at your borders, intercept arms shipments though Pakistan, and end all logical support for Bin Laden.
2. Provide the United States with blanket overflight and landing rights to conduct all necessary military and intelligence operations.
3. Provide territorial access to the United States and allied military intelligence as needed, and other personal to conduct all necessary operations against the preparators of terrorism and those that harbour them, including the use of Pakistan’s naval ports, air bases, and strategic locations on borders.
4. Provide the United States immediately with intelligence, immigration information and databases, and internal security information, to help prevent and respond to terrorist acts perpetrated against the United States, its friends, or its allies.
5. Continue to publicly condemn the terrorist acts September 11 and any other terrorist acts against the United States or its friends and allies, and curb all domestic expressions or support [for terrorism] against the United States, its friends, or its allies.
6. Cut off all shipments of fuel to the Taliban and any other items and recruits, including volunteers en route to Afghanistan, who can be used in a military, offensive capacity or to abet a terrorist threat.
7. Should the evidence strongly implicate Osama bin Laden and the al Qaeda network in Afghanistan and should Afghanistan and the Taliban continue to harbour him and his network, Pakistan will break diplomatic relations with the Taliban government, end support for the Taliban, and assist the United States in the aforementioned ways to destroy Osama bin Laden and his al Qaeda network.

PART TWO

In conjunction with the announcement of this agreement, the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan which is not recognized by the United States as a state and is known as the Taliban will take the following steps to prevent any group or individual, including al-Qa’ida, from using the soil of Afghanistan to threaten the security of the United States and its allies:

1. The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan which is not recognized by the United States as a state and is known as the Taliban will not allow any of its members, other individuals or groups, including al-Qa’ida, to use the soil of Afghanistan to threaten the security of the United States and its allies.

2. The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan which is not recognized by the United States as a state and is known as the Taliban will send a clear message that those who pose a threat to the security of the United States and its allies have no place in Afghanistan, and will instruct members of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan which is not recognized by the United States as a state and is known as the Taliban not to cooperate with groups or individuals threatening the security of the United States and its allies.

3. The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan which is not recognized by the United States as a state and is known as the Taliban will prevent any group or individual in Afghanistan from threatening the security of the United States and its allies, and will prevent them from recruiting, training, and fundraising and will not host them in accordance with the commitments in this agreement.

4. The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan which is not recognized by the United States as a state and is known as the Taliban is committed to deal with those seeking asylum or residence in Afghanistan according to international migration law and the commitments of this agreement, so that such persons do not pose a threat to the security of the United States and its allies.

5. The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan which is not recognized by the United States as a state and is known as the Taliban will not provide visas, passports, travel permits, or other legal documents to those who pose a threat to the security of the United States and its allies to enter Afghanistan.

خواجه محمد اصف :

د امريکا په مشرۍ د ترهګرۍ ضد په نوم جګړه ((زموږ نه وه، بلکې موږ پردۍ جګړه او جعلي جهاد کړی دی)).

مولانا محمد خان شيراني :

دا پردی جنګ دی چې مدرسې، ملا وطالب او مذهبي طبقې ته يې په څټ کې ورتړلی يا غاړې ته وراچولی دی.

د ملا فاضل مظلوم خبرې :

افغانستان کې به بيا داسې خلکو ته ځای نه ورکول کيږي، لکه اوس چې زموږ مجاهدين .”پير اغا“ چې پروسږکال تللی وو، يو کال يې په جلال اباد کې ورسره جنګ وکړ. دا هغه کسان ول چې موږ په دوی باندې خپل ايمان تړلی وو او دا هغه کسان ول چې موږ پر هغوی باندې خپل مشران قرباني کړل. دا هغه کسان ول چې موږ پر هغوی باندې خپل آمران قرباني کړل او زموږ ټول نظام پر دوی باندې ولاړ وو. هغوی راغلل او زموږ پر ضد پر کافر باندې ودرېدل او ويې ويل چې ((دا ملحدين دي، او دا مشرکين دي او دا اسلامي نظام نه دی)).

زلمی خليلزاد :

د افغانستان لپاره د امريکا ځانګړي. استازي زلمي خليلزاد په خپله رسمي ټويټرپاڼه ليکلي، چې ننګرهار کې د داعش خلاف وروستی کمپاين د ”متحده ايالاتو/ ايئتلاف“، ”افغان ځواکونو“ له خوا د کمپاين يوه بيلګه ده چې ”طالبانو“ هم پکې برخه درلوده.

خليلزاد د داعش خلاف د طالبانو عمليات اغېزمن بللي چې په وينا يې له کبله يې د داعش- خراسان ډلې سيمې او جنګيالي له لاسه ورکړل او په دې برخه کې رښتونی پرمختګ شوی.

خليلزاد ليکي: ”په ننګرهار کې وروستی کمپاين، يوه بېګله ده. د متحدو ايالتونو/ائتلاف او افغان امنيتي ځواکونو، دغه راز د طالبانو، لخوا د اغېزمنو عملياتو له کبله داعش-خراسان سيمې او جنګيالي وبايلل، سلګونه تسليم شول“.

زموږ مولوي صاحب به د پروېز مشرف کتاب ((د اور پر ليکه)) شلم او يوويشتم فصلونه لوستي وي چې مشرف هلته څه ويلي دي؟ که طالب وخليلزاد پنجاب ته په ځينو مسايلو کې تيريږي، نو بيا ولې له ولسمشر غني سره دومره سختي کوي او لارې ته ورسره نه کېني؟ خليلزاد ولې د نورو لپاره له ولسمشر غني سره سرسخته نه پخلاکېدونکې سياسي دښمني راخېستي او د نظام د بدلون او مؤقتي حکومت په پلمه د هغه لېرې کول غواړي چې د افغانستان د پرمختګ او د اوبو د مديريت مخه ونيسي؟

د سلما، بخش اباد او د کمالخان بند له جوړونې سره د فتواو څپه راخپره شوه. په حکومت کې هم ډېرې ستونزې شته، خو دا ستونزې بايد په ګډه او اتفاق سره ورته کار وشي چې مخه يې ونيول شي. د خليلزاد په اوړو کې هم لږه نه، بلکې ډېره شګه شته.
